| Our Shipping and Delivery Policies How do we deliver?
Based on your delivery address & the time of year, we will determine the most economical way to ship your order while maintaining maximum freshness. We only ship within the United States via UPS. To ensure freshness, we do not ship over weekends, and all parcels are released without signature. Incomplete or Incorrect Delivery Information
Please make sure your delivery information is correct. The FatBoy Cookie Company reserves the right to pass along any UPS Address Correction charges to the ordering customer due to incomplete or incorrect delivery information given by the ordering customer. Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge. If packages are delivered late resulting from incomplete or incorrect delivery information The FatBoy Cookie Company is not responsible for the replacement cost of product. Delivery Terms
It is recommended that someone be available to receive shipments upon delivery, or shortly thereafter. If you are sending a gift to someone, please notify them when to expect the delivery. If no one is available, and the package is left unattended for an extended period (especially in hot climates), we cannot guarantee that the cookie dough will remain in good condition. Upon receipt we recommend that you unpack the shipper contents as soon as possible and store the cookie dough in the refrigerator and/or freezer, as appropriate, to maintain optimum freshness.
